 Amadeo Galgo Lasansky grew up in St. Paul Minnesota and has traveled and photographed extensively throughout the world. He has lived in Mexico and China and currently resides in Brooklyn, NY. Amadeo, whose father is an intaglio printmaker and mother a writer, comes from a long lineage of visual artists and writers. He is continuing the tradition through the medium of photography. After initially studying photography at Carleton College, Amadeo eventually began to understand the true passion he has for creating images.
